This is not your Grandma’s world

Many women I work with feel frustrated.

They eat well.
They try supplements.
They follow protocols.

And yet the fatigue and chronic symptoms persist.

One reason this happens is cumulative toxic load.

There is so much more our bodies have to deal with in our modern world than our parents or grandparents ever did.

We are exposed daily to:
• environmental chemicals
• heavy metals
• mold
• synthetic fragrances
• plastics
• inflammatory foods
• chronic stress

The body is designed to detoxify — but only if it has capacity.

When detox pathways are overwhelmed, symptoms often appear:
fatigue, brain fog, hormone disruption, skin issues, immune problems.

This doesn’t mean panic.

It means the system may need support — gently and strategically.

Detox is not about extreme cleanses or harsh protocols.

It’s about:
• supporting liver pathways
• ensuring hydration
• optimizing elimination
• reducing incoming burden (my favorite)

When the load decreases, the body often responds with surprising resilience.

Your symptoms may not be random.

They are likely protective.
