Supplements are tools.
But tools only work if the body is ready.

The body may not respond the way we expect.
This doesn’t mean supplements are useless. I use them intentionally in my work.
I use them in a very targeted way. For YOUR bio-individuality.
I recommend supplements as just one part of of a very individualized approach.
Healing requires:
• foundational stability (water, poop, sleep, stress management, lower toxins/EMF)
• emotional safety (or at lease safer than it is currently, enough for healing to occur)
• patience (I know, that’s hard)
It doesn’t mean you must have all the foundations handled perfectly in order for supplements to work.
Not at all, we can absolutely start you on something if your body is crying out for specific support.
But when we address all the layers — not just one — progress becomes sustainable.
Your body just needs guidance and support.
