If you are dealing with chronic symptoms, exhaustion, or mystery health issues, it can start to feel like your body is working against you.
But here’s a gentle reframe:
Your body is not attacking you.
It’s adapting. It’s signaling. It’s protecting. It’s doing the very best it can.
Many chronic symptoms are not signs of failure — they’re signs of overload.
Too much pushing, striving, trying.
Too many toxins.
Too much stimulation coming at you from all sides.
Healing doesn’t always begin with adding more supplements, more protocols, or more research.
Sometimes it begins with asking:
What does my body need to feel safe right now?
- ✴️ It might be rest, giving yourself permission to stop pushing, connecting with Your Higher Self to know how to proceed.
- ✴️ It might be turning off your nervous system-stimulating WiFi router at night (so easy and deeply helpful).
- ✴️ It might be some fresh food, instead of packaged foods with gut-irritating preservatives.
Your body is not to blame.
It’s doing the best it can with all it’s carrying.
But it needs your help to feel safe – how can you lighten the overload?
